ATC extends Yasmin Rashid’s judicial remand for 13 days
PTI leader Dr..Yasmin was summoned to appear in court again on August 17.
Lahore: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Lahore extended the judicial remand of former minister of health and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Yasmin Rashid for 13 days on Friday.
The judicial remand extended in the case of arson and speech against the institutions of Pakistan on May 9.
PTI leader Dr. Yasmin was summoned to appear in court again on August 17.
After her judicial remand ended, she was brought before the court. The hearing was presided over by ATC judge Abhar Gul Khan.
It should be remembered that in the case registered in Sarwar Roor Police Station, Dr. Yasmin Rashid and others have been charged with the Jinnah House burning and encirclement case.
