Islamabad: Heavy rainfall has been recorded in the federal capital Islamabad, Gujarat and Gujranwala late last night (Friday).
According to details, crops were also affected by rain in Tharparkar, Badin, Khairpur and Rahim Yar Khan. While in Lower Dir, low-lying areas were flooded after the rain that halted the students and patients from moving to their destinations.
The Meteorological Department stated that rain is likely in Islamabad, some areas of Punjab, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kashmir today (Saturday) again.
Department of Meteorology added: “The weather is clear and dry in Quetta and its surroundings”. While the weather is hot in the southern districts of Balochistan, however rain is expected in some areas.
