Karachi: In an unfortunate incident, four people were killed while 14 others sustained the injuries as a result of collision between a coaster going for picnic and a truck near Northern Bypass in Karachi.
According to police officials, the traffic accident took place between a coaster and a truck near the MD crossing on the Northern Bypass.
Police said the people in the coaster were on their way to a farmhouse for picnic when the high-speed collision resulted in the loss of life.
According to the police, only 70-year-old person was immediately identified as Sultan Akbar, while three people could not be identified. The dead and injured are being shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
On the other hand, hospital authorities said so far 20 people have been brought to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, while the condition of three people is critical.
