Doctors commence Rizwana’s surgery for severe injuries

Lahore: Young Domestic worker Rizwana is currently undergoing with treatment in General Hospital, Lahore.

General Hospital doctors and experts from various government hospitals have commenced surgery for Rizwana’s severe injuries caused by violence.

Rizwana’s face and back surgery are being done today (Wednesday) under the leadership of plastic surgeon Dr. Romana of General Hospital.

As per the sources from the medical board, Rizwana’s surgery may take more time than the reported time limit.

Plastic surgeons from Mayo, Services and Jinnah Hospital also joined the medical board to look after Rizwana’s medical treatment.

She will undergo multiple surgeries for a month.

Rizwana’s surgery report will be submitted to the Health Minister of Punjab Dr. Javed Akram.
