ATC adjourns Jinnah House burning case
ATC has called for sufficient arguments on the plea of pardoning the attendance of Chairman PTI.
Lahore: Lahore’s Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) heard the application of interim bail of Chairman PTI and former Prime Minister, Imran Khan.
The hearing is conducted under the supervision of ATC Judge Ijaz Ahmad Butar. The court had briefly adjourned the hearing based on a junior lawyer's request.
During the proceedings, the junior lawyer argued that Chairman PTI's senior counsels were occupied with Lahore High Court (LHC) activities.
The court decided to postpone the hearing temporarily for further evidence regarding the request for an attendance excuse.
ATC requested additional evidence regarding Chairman PTI's request for an attendance excuse.
