Mastung: A grenade attack on the municipal committee office in Mustang on Friday left three people injured.
The injured have been taken to the hospital and are recovering well.
A grenade was thrown at the office by a group of unidentified guys at around 10:00 p.m. Three persons suffered injuries and the office building was damaged when it burst.
The police cordoned off the area and beefed up security. Police also launched an investigation into the attack.
Earlier today, Security forces on Friday conducted a successful intelligence-based operation (IBO) against terrorists in the Mazaband Range area of District Kech, Balochistan on August 10-11.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), two terrorists were killed, one was injured, and a sizable stockpile of weapons and ammo was also recovered.
The killed terrorists were involved in the targeting of innocent civilians and law enforcement agencies (LEAs).
Security forces remained committed to eliminating the menace of terrorism and thwarting nefarious designs of the enemies of Pakistan at all costs.
