Islamabad: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Tuesday said that immediate steps should be taken to save the lives of children and teachers trapped in the chair lift in Battagram.
According to details, Bilawal Bhutto said in one of his statements in this regard that helicopters should be sent to save the children and teachers in the chair lift.
The former foreign minister has also prayed for the safety of the children and teachers trapped in the chair lift.
Earlier, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar had directed the immediate closure of dilapidated and non-compliant chairlifts.
The Caretaker Prime Minister has also directed the immediate rescue of eight people trapped in the chair lift at Pashto in Battagram.
