53 Sessions Judges including Registrar LHC, ATC Judge changed
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Ijaz Ahmed Butar has been transferred and instructed to report to the LHC.
Lahore: The Chief Justice of Lahore High Court (LHC) Tuesday changed 53 session judges including the judge of Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).
According to details, a notification has been issued to change ATC judge including registrar of Lahore High Court and 53 session judges.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Ijaz Ahmed Butar has been transferred and instructed to report to the LHC.
Apart from this, Judge Fakhar Behzad of Special Court Central Lahore was also transferred and has been directed to report to LHC until his new appointment.
Registrar LHC Irfan Ahmad Saeed has been appointed as District and Sessions Judge of Multan.
According to the notification, District and Sessions Judge Faisalabad Sheikh Khalid Bashir has been appointed Registrar Lahore High Court.
While Qaiser Nazir Butt District and Sessions Judge Lahore and Sessions Judge Muhammad Tanveer Akbar DG Judicial and Case Management Lahore High Court have been appointed.
Moreover the notification stated that District and Sessions Judge Multan Muhammad Akmal Khan has been posted to Sargodha, while District and Sessions Judge Sialkot Jazila Islam has been posted to Okara.
