Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered to present Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) president Pervaiz Elahi before court tomorrow at 10 am.
According to details, LHC justice Amjid Rafique heard a petition made against the NAB's arrest of former Punjab chief minister Pervaiz Elahi.
The court ordered the relevant authorities to set up the security for Pervaiz Elahi's court appearance tomorrow.
Earlier, Lahore High Court (LHC) Thursday ordered to appear Pervaiz Elahi before the court at two o'clock in the petition filed against National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) arrest.
According to details, a hearing was held on the petition filed against the arrest of former Chief Minister of Punjab by NAB.
The court ordered Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) president to appear before the court at 2:00pm and adjourned the hearing till the time.
Pervaiz Elahi has requested the court to declare NAB’s arrest as illegal.
