Special court issues exemption from attendance to Imran
It has been said in the court order that two hearings of the case related to cypher case were held in the special court.
Islamabad: The special court established under the Secret Act Friday issued a court order regarding not granting the physical remand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.
It has been said in the court order that two hearings of the case related to cypher case were held in the special court.
The order stated that Imran Khan's life is important, it is doubted that something might will happen while bringing PTI chairman out of Attock jail.
It has been further stated in the court decision that physical remand of former prime minister cannot be approved considering the extraordinary situation, therefore exemption from attendance has also been granted.
It is pertinent to note that judge of the special court allowed Imran Khan to talk to his sons on phone.
