ECP will use the Election Management System to collect the results in the upcoming general elections.


Islamabad: Preparations related to the general elections are underway by the Election Commission, in this regard, an Election Management System (EMS) has been prepared to receive the results in the upcoming general elections.
According to details, Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has started the training of election staff for election management system, while letters have also been written to all the provincial election commissioners regarding the training.
According to the Election Commission, EMS operators will be trained from September 14 to 16, while regional, provincial and district election commissioners have been trained in July.
ECP will use the Election Management System to collect the results in the upcoming general elections.
It should be noted that it has been decided to hold the next general elections in the last week of January 2024.
