Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad Monday adjourned the hearing on former chief minister of Punjab Chaudhry Parvez Elahi's bail plea till tomorrow.
According to details, Parvez Elahi's bail appeal was heard in the judicial complex attack case in ATC Islamabad.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of the ATC heard the case where lawyer Abdul Raziq appeared in court on behalf of Elahi. Records could not be submitted by prosecution even today.
Parvez Elahi’s lawyer made an appeal for the medical test of former chief minister, on which the court approved the request and issued instructions to the superintendent of Adiala Jail.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing on PTI President Chaudhry Parvez Elahi's bail application till tomorrow.
