Court sets Imran, Shah’s bail appeal for hearing
Official Secret Act Court Judge Abul Hasnat delivered a reserved judgment on FIA's petition.
Islamabad: Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of the Official Secret Act Court pronounced the reserved verdict on the petition filed by Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
According to details, the court fixed the bail appeal of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan and vice chariman Shah Mehmood Qureshi for hearing.
Official Secret Act Court Judge Abul Hasnat delivered a reserved judgment on FIA's petition directing Imran Khan's lawyers to remove the objections in the bail application.
The court fixed the bail application of chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi for hearing on September 14. The court partially accepted the technical objection request of FIA on Imran Khan's bail application.
Judge Abul Hasnat remarked that former prime minister's request will remain the same. You should remove the technical objection on it.
PTI leader Asad Umar's bail application will be heard separately.
