Islamabad: Justice Qazi Faez Esa Friday fixed the petition against the Practice and Procedure Act for hearing in the Supreme Court next week.
According to details, a larger bench of the Supreme Court will hear the case on September 18.
It is reported that Justice Qazi Faez Esa will form the bench after taking the oath of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP).
In this regard, it is reported that there is a possibility of forming a full court on the Practice and Procedure Act. Notices have been issued to all the parties including registrar office.
It is pertinent to note that an eight-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial had given the verdict.
