Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Parliamentarians chief Pervez Khattak hinted at forming an alliance with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) after his political party win in upcoming polls in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
PTI Parliamentarians chief Pervez Khattak stated on Monday that his political party may form a coalition with the PTI after getting victorious in the elections.
Details indicate that the US Consul General spoke with Pervez Khattak. Vice-chairman of the party Mahmood Khan, information secretary Ziaullah Bangash, and other leaders were present during the meeting.
They discussed about the political climate in the nation and gave the US Consul General an overview of the party's platform, bylaws, and campaign slogans. It is the first time a US diplomat has ever visited the political party office in KP.
Khattak claimed during the meeting that the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) parties are not well-liked by the populace. He acknowledged that after the economy improves, the PTI's popularity will suffer.
Additionally, In the event that the PTI wins the upcoming elections, the PTI Parliamentarians Chief stated that there may be opportunities to create an alliance with the PTI.
He asserted that rallies and a public relations campaign were planned that would attract PTI followers to his political organization.
Furthermore, Pervez Khattak, a former defense minister, established Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Parliamentarians as a new political organization.
