The sources say that the PML-N supremo will now arrive directly at Minaar-e-Pakistan from airport and the party workers and supporters will gather there.

Lahore: The welcome and reception plan for the return of Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) Supremo Nawaz Sharif to Pakistan underwent a slight change, the sources privy to the development said on Monday.
Nawaz Sharif, the PML-N supremo, would now arrive directly at Minaar-e-Pakistan from Lahore airport, and party workers would not gather at the airport to welcome the former prime minister.
The sources said that all party workers would assemble at the public gathering alongside former provincial and national assembly members, as well as other senior party leaders. Besides it, PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif, senior organizer Maryam Nawaz, party leader Hamza Shehbaz, and a few other leaders would be present to welcome Nawaz Sharif at Lahore airport.
The announcement of Nawaz Sharif's return to Pakistan on October 21 was made by former Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif last week. He expressed the intention to provide a grand welcome to Nawaz Sharif upon his arrival in Pakistan.
Shehbaz Sharif highlighted the alleged conspiracy that led to Nawaz Sharif's removal from power and the electoral rigging in the 2018 general elections, which, according to him, had a negative impact on Pakistan's regional standing.
He stated that after consultations with the party's senior leadership, it was decided that Nawaz Sharif would return to Pakistan in October and lead the election campaign. Shehbaz Sharif also stressed that his brother would return to Pakistan to face the law, leaving no room for doubt on the matter.
