Indian spy agency RAW commander was arrested in 2016, he confessed his involvement in terrorist activities in Pakistan: Foreign Office Spokesman.

Islamabad: Pakistan's Foreign Office spokesperson, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, has stated that there has been no change in the status of Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav, who was arrested in Pakistan on charges of terrorist activities.
Baloch made this statement during the weekly press briefing while providing updates on various matters.
Baloch informed the media that Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-Haq-Kakar is currently attending the United Nations General Assembly session in New York.
During his address at the UN, Kakar condemned human rights violations in Indian-administered Kashmir.
He emphasized that India has been involved in targeted killings in South Asia for decades and called for the protection of Pakistanis and Kashmiris worldwide by their respective governments.
In 2016, Kulbhushan Jadhav, a commander of India's secret agency RAW, was arrested in Pakistan.
Baloch noted that Jadhav had confessed to engaging in terrorist activities in Pakistan.
Pakistan had also provided India with a dossier detailing its involvement in terrorist activities within Pakistan, including incidents in Lahore in June 2021.
Furthermore, Baloch revealed that a joint session of Pakistan's Parliament has been scheduled for November 11 to address matters related to Kulbhushan Jadhav and other important issues.
Regarding diplomatic communication between Pakistan and India, Baloch mentioned that the main forums include both countries' embassies, dialogue between the Indus Water Commissioners, and ongoing communication between the Director Generals of Military Operations (DGMOs) of Pakistan and India.
Responding to a question, Baloch expressed regret over the targeted killing of a Sikh individual by India in Canada.
She also appreciated Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's consistent support for Pakistan's stance on the Kashmir issue.
Baloch clarified that there are no scheduled meetings with India on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly meeting in New York.
She concluded by mentioning that Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Haq Kakar had responded to a congratulatory letter from Afghanistan, and it is customary to respond to such letters.
Additionally, she highlighted a recent meeting between the US Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan's Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani, during which they discussed the security and cooperation situation in Afghanistan.
