Karachi: Former foreign minister and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari reached Dubai on Wednesday.
The PPP chairman will spend five days in Dubai, where he will celebrate turning 35.
Former PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari will stay in Lahore and manage party affairs.
The Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Central Executive Committee (CEC) had already expressed worry over attempts to drive the party to the breaking point.
The PPP meeting covered a wide range of topics, including the impending elections and the Election Commission of Pakistan's (ECP) responsibility for holding fair elections.
According to sources, the party made the decision to stand by its demand for having elections on schedule. The dire economic situation in the nation was another major worry raised by the PPP.
On Friday (today), the PPP CEC will convene once more.
