Residents residing along Dalaman's Gazi Boulevard were jolted by the sound of gunshots emanating from a second-floor apartment, leading to immediate calls for emergency assistance.
A swift response ensued, with a team of medical professionals and law enforcement personnel rushing to the scene, swiftly identifying the actress.
According to the local media reports, the lifeless body of the actress was later transported to the Muğla Forensic Medicine Institute Morgue, where it is slated to undergo a comprehensive autopsy.
Merve Kayaalp, aged 36, had earned her academic credentials at Isparta Süleyman Demirel University.
