Aamir Khan announces film 'Lahore 1947' with Sunny Deol

Mumbai: Bollywood's 'Mr. Perfectionist,' Aamir Khan, has thrilled his fans with the announcement of his upcoming film, 'Lahore 1947.'
According to Indian media reports, 'Lahore 1947' will be produced by Aamir Khan under his banner, Aamir Khan Productions, and directed by Rajkumar Santoshi.
The film has also finalized Sunny Deol as the lead actor.
The film's announcement was made via Aamir Khan Productions' social media platform, X.
In a statement attributed to the actor, he expressed excitement, saying, "The entire team of our production house is extremely thrilled to announce our next project."
The film, titled 'Lahore 1947,' features Sunny Deol in the lead role and is directed by Rajkumar Santoshi.
Aamir Khan appealed to his fans for their support in this new venture.
This project marks the reunion of Aamir Khan and Rajkumar Santoshi after nearly three decades since their last collaboration on the 1994 film 'Andaz Apna Apna.'
Rajkumar Santoshi and Sunny Deol have a successful history of delivering box office hits together, including 'Ghayal,' 'Damini,' and 'Ghatak.'
