Ahmedabad: The International Cricket Council’s (ICC) Cricket World Cup 2023 has officially started and India will play its first match against Australia on October 08.
However, there are reports that even before their first match in the World Cup, the in-form batsman of the Indian team, Shubman Gill, has been suffering from dengue fever.
According to Indian media, world number two batsman Shubman Gill has tested positive for dengue, due to which his participation in the World Cup match against Australia has become doubtful.
