Nawaz sharif has arrived IHC.


Islamabad: Accountability Court Islamabad Tuesday approved the bail of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Chief and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in the Toshakhana case.
According to details, Toshakhana case against Nawaz Sharif was heard by Judge Muhammad Bashir of Accountability Court.
Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif appeared before the court accompanied by his daughter Maryam Nawaz Sharif and a team of lawyers.
On this occasion, PML-N leaders Ahsan Iqbal, Hanif Abbasi, Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary and Khil Das were also present in the court room.
PML-N leader Tariq Fazal Chaudhary was appointed as Nawaz Sharif's surety in the court.
The court granted Nawaz Sharif's bail in Tosha Khana case for surety bond of Rs01 million and adjourned the hearing of the case till November 20. Copies of the case will be distributed at the next hearing.
The cases of appeals restoration against sentence in Avenfield and Al-Azizia references will be heard in Islamabad High Court (IHC) court after sometime.
Before the hearing, Nawaz Sharif's lawyer appeared in the court and requested some time for appearance in the court after which court ordered Nawaz Sharif to appear in the court by 1:30pm.
Nawaz Sharif's lawyer filed three petitions in the court, which include to release the annexed property of Nawaz Sharif in the Toshah Khana reference, appoint a pleader and submit the bail bonds in the court.
On the occasion of Nawaz Sharif's appearance, strict security arrangements were made outside the accountability court, only relevant lawyers and journalists were allowed to enter the premises of the court.
It is pertinent to note that in the previous hearing, the accountability court had suspended Nawaz Sharif's permanent warrant till October 24.
