PM calls for harnessing tourism potential from Khunjerab Pass to Swat
Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar says the region from Khunjerab Pass to Swat has unlimited tourism potential.
Islamabad: Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar on Tuesday emphasized to harness the potential for developing tourism sector in the region from Khunjerab Pass to Swat with the collaboration of the business community and China.
He was talking to CEO of Pakistan Services Limited Murtaza Hashwani who called on him in Islamabad today.
The Prime Minister noted that the region from Khunjerab Pass to Swat has unlimited tourism potential.
Discussion was held on the use of government-owned buildings in good locations for business activities through public-private partnership.
Murtaza Hashwani proposed a business partnership between country's business community and government through the Special Investment Facilitation Council.
He was also appreciative of Prime Minister's efforts for bringing economic stability in the country.
