Israeli attacks martyrs 704 more Palestinians, death toll reaches 5800

Gaza: The indiscriminate Israeli bombardment of Gaza continues, 56 more Palestinian children were martyred in the attack on Al-Shati in the north and Khan Yunis refugee camp in the south.

According to foreign media reports, 704 more people, including 182 children, were martyred in Gaza in 24 hours, after which the number of martyred Palestinians reached 5,800 since October 07.

More than 2,000 children and 1,100 women are also included among those martyred by the Israeli bombardment, while the total number of injured has reached more than 15,000, who are facing more difficulties due to shortage of medicines and fuel in hospitals.

The report stated that the process of extracting the injured from the ruins of the buildings destroyed by the Israeli bombardment in Gaza last night continues. Due to the lack of equipment and machinery, it has become difficult to extract the people buried in the concrete rubble.

Apart from this, 1500 people including 830 children are missing in Gaza, who are feared to be buried under the rubble.

Six more United Nations members were killed in Israeli attacks in 24 hours. According to the international organization, the number of UN staff members killed since October 07 has reached 35.

The international NGO ‘Save the Children’ has called for an immediate cease-fire in Gaza. They said that about one million children are trapped in the Gaza Strip.

On the other hand, the number of martyred Palestinians due to Israeli attacks in the occupied West Bank has reached 95. It is the first time in the last 15 years that such a large number of Palestinians have been martyred in the West Bank.

While, Israel's stubbornness remains constant, the senior adviser of the Israeli Prime Minister said that even if Hamas releases all the hostages, they will not allow fuel to be supplied to Gaza. If fuel is allowed, Hamas will use it for war.

The United Nations stated that power supply has been completely cut off in Gaza for the 14th day in a row. The situation in hospitals has worsened due to the lack of electricity, medicine, equipment and special medical staff.

According to the United Nations, al-Shafa, the largest hospital in Gaza with a capacity of 700 patients, is treating 5,000 patients.

Last night, Hamas, the resistance organization of occupied Palestine, released two more women, including 79-year-old Nurit Cooper and 85-year-old Yushiod Lifshitz, after the mediation of Qatar and Egypt.

An 85-year-old Israeli woman who was released from Hamas prison praised the behavior of Hamas saying that during the imprisonment they was friendly and fulfilled all the needs.
