Court adjourns hearing of inciting govt employees case against Fawad
Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the case against Fawad Chaudhry till November 14.
Islamabad: The District and Sessions Court Islamabad Wednesday adjourned the hearing of the case against former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry for inciting government employees till November 14.
According to details, Fawad Chaudhry appeared in the court along with his lawyer Faisal Chaudhry where Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra asked Fawad Chaudhry how he is.
To which the former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry replied that it is just a cold and cough.
Judge Tahir Abbas replied: “Take care of yourself Chaudhry sir, you are dear to a lot of people, in fact everyone”.
On this, Fawad Chaudhry replied to the judge that he is just trying to take care of himself. The decision has come in the Supreme Court, the case is over.
Fawad Chaudhry added: “The hearing of a case is scheduled in the Election Commission on November 13, therefore postpone the hearing of this case till November 14”.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the case against Fawad Chaudhry till November 14.
