Kangana Ranaut's film 'Tejas' fails to cross mln mark
The film is directed by Sarvesh Mewara, and produced by Ronnie Screwvala.

Mumbai: Kangana Ranaut's latest aerial action film, 'Tejas,' has faced disappointment at the box office, failing to cross the one-crore mark in earnings.
The film, directed by Sarvesh Mewara and produced by Ronnie Screwvala, had a lackluster start in terms of revenue.
In 'Tejas,' Kangana Ranaut plays the role of Air Force officer Tejas Gill and, before its release, urged her fans on social media to watch the film.
She emphasized the declining number of cinema-goers, the closure of theaters, and decreasing attendance, even with free tickets.
Kangana Ranaut expressed her concerns about the survival of theaters, encouraging people to enjoy movies with family and friends in cinemas.
The film's lackluster performance is attributed to its clear support for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and anti-Pakistan statements within the movie, which did not sit well with audiences.
Following the film's release, Kangana Ranaut and the movie faced substantial criticism from viewers.
In addition to Kangana Ranaut, 'Tejas' features Anshul Chauhan, Varun Mitra, Ashish Vidyarthi, Vishak Nair, Kashyap Shangri, Suneet Tandon, Ryu Kapadia, Mohan Agashe, and Mushtaq Kak.
Even before covid theatrical footfalls were dipping drastically post covid it has become seriously rapid.
