Rawalpindi: Security forces killed six terrorists during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in general area Sambaza of Zhob district, Balochistan on Wednesday.
According to the Army’s media wing, six terrorists were killed as a result of a fierce gunfight that broke out between the forces and the militants during the operation.
The terrorists continued to carry out a number of terrorist attacks on security personnel and the targeted killing of innocent civilians.
Furthermore, during the raid, a cache of weapons, gear, and explosives was also discovered.
The locals expressed gratitude for the operation and their unwavering support in getting rid of the terrorist attacks.
“Sanitization is being carried out to eliminate any other terrorists found in the area,” it added.
