M2 Motorway closed due to fog
Spokesperson Motorway Police said that the motorways have been closed to ensure public safety and safe travel.
Lahore: The M2 Motorway from Lahore to Sheikhupura and Lahore Multan M3 Motorway from Nankana to Faizpur have been closed due to fog.
Spokesperson Motorway Police said that the motorways have been closed to ensure public safety and safe travel. People travelling on road should use front and rear fog lights and avoid unnecessary travel.
On the other hand, Lahore still tops the list of most-polluted cities in the world. The dangerous smog has been declared as a disaster.
New SOPs have been issued for school students to avoid hazardous smoke and directed the school teachers and students to wear masks.
The administration has instructed citizens to ensure the use of masks while leaving home and to avoid unnecessary travel.
