The bail of the former police inspector was accepted by the court against a surety bond of Rs1,00,000.
Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Thursday accepted the bail appeal of former police inspector Abid Boxer in the case of escaping from police custody and confiscating state weapons.
According to details, ATC judge Arshad Javed heard the bail petition of Abid Boxer in the case of escaping from police custody and snatching government weapons.
The bail of the former police inspector was accepted by the court against a surety bond of Rs1,00,000.
It is pertinent to note that Faisal Town Police had registered a case against Abid Boxer and was arrested last month from Kasur after which on October 19, court approved his seven-day physical remand.
