ATC Lahore has issued summon notices for 81 accused of May 09 tragedy to be presented before the court on November 15.


Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) lahore Saturday summoned 81 suspects arrested in the May 09 incidents.
According to details, ATC Lahore has issued summon notices for 81 accused named in four cases of May 09 tragedy to be presented before the court on November 15.
The court has also ordered the prosecutor to come with directions regarding those who have not been arrested and the accused who are on bail.
Anti-Terrorism Court has issued a summons notice for 21 accused in the container burning case in front of the National Park and for 31 accused in the Gulberg container burning case.
The accused summoned by the court also include 17 people named in the Prime Minister House attack case, while a summons notice has been issued for 12 accused in the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) house burning case.
The court order said that a new challan has been issued in which the accused have been included. The challan should also be presented to the extent of other accused in this case.
On which the prosecutor told the court that the challan of the accused who are in custody and in jail has been presented. The accused include Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Ejaz Chaudhary, Mian Mehmood-ul-Rashid among others.
