Lahore: Dr. Muhammad Ashraf Tahir, who served as the Director General of the Punjab Forensic Science Agency, has passed away.
The latest reports said that the family confirmed that the demise took place in the United States due to cardiac arrest.
The Chief Minister of Punjab extended his heartfelt condolences and expressed profound sorrow at the loss of Dr. Muhammad Ashraf Tahir.
The Chief Minister acknowledged the invaluable contributions made by Dr. Tahir to the field of forensic science within the province of Punjab. His dedicated services and significant achievements in this realm will be cherished and remembered for years to come.

Former Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also expressed deep sorrow over demise of Muhammad Ashraf Tahir.
