The high court adjourned the hearing till tomorrow due to non-availability of the FIA prosecutor.


Islamabad: Islamabad High Court Tuesday adjourned the hearing on the bail appeal of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi in the cypher case till Wednesday (tomorrow).
According to details, IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq heard PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi's bail appeal in the cypher case.
During the hearing, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) prosecutor Shah Khawar's assistant counsel appeared in the court and told that the prosecutor is busy in the Supreme Court, while Shah Mehmood’s counsel requested that the case be heard today before the division bench as it is a bail case.
However, the high court adjourned the hearing till tomorrow due to non-availability of the FIA prosecutor.
