Nick Jonas injured during shooting, hospitalised
Hollywood superstar Nick Jonas was hospitalized on Sunday as he sustained injuries on the set of ‘The Voice’ in which Nick is one of the singing judges.
The American Actor and husband of Bollywood actress, Priyanka Chopra was taken to the hospital in an ambulance on May 15; however, the nature of his injuries is still unclear.
The pop singer was discharged on Sunday, the very next day he was admitted. He is supposed to resume his shooting on Monday (today).
Earlier, Nick opened up about suffering from Type 1 diabetes. "13 years ago today I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. The picture on the left is me a few weeks after my diagnosis. Barely 100 pounds after having lost so much weight from my blood sugar being so high before going to the doctor where I would find out I was diabetic," he wrote in an Instagram post.
Recently, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra got social media hype when the couple came forward to raise funds to support people in India as they battle with the ongoing pandemic.
Nick also shared a social media post to thank those who came forward to support their fundraising initiative.
“Thank you for your overwhelming support. With the combined efforts of over 14,000+ donors from across the globe, we have reached our goal of raising $1 Million to support the people of India as they battle the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Whether you donated or helped us spread the word, you have proven once again that we are better when we work together, so let’s not stop here. We are raising our fundraising target to $3 Million to continue to provide aid to those who need it most”, the actor wrote on social media.
