One killed as fire erupts in an apartment in Lahore

Lahore: In an unfortunate incident, a person has been killed as fire erupted in an apartment of a building located on Jail Road, Lahore.

According to the rescue authorities, one person died in the fire, however, the identity of the deceased has not yet been ascertained as yet. Fire brigade and 10 rescue vehicles are busy extinguishing the fire.

The rescue team said that snorkel is also assisting to extinguish the fire.
