‘Past few years have been pretty hard’: Jolie opens up about her breakup with Pitt
New York: Hollywood’s legendary actress, Angelina Jolie finally spoke up about her break up with Brad Pitt, years after they parted ways.

While giving interview to Vogue cover story, the 45-year old actress finally broke her silence about how she dealt with divorce with Pitt.
“The past few years have been pretty hard. I’ve been focusing on healing our family. It’s slowly coming back, like the ice melting and the blood returning to my body,” she said.
Jolie further said that she has not fully healed yet but hopefully will be there soon.
“I’m not there yet. But I hope to be. I’m planning on it,” she said.
She revealed that she is more confident in her skin now as she is growing older.
“I do like being older. I feel much more comfortable in my forties than I did when I was younger. Maybe because my mom didn’t live very long, so there’s something about age that feels like a victory instead of sadness for me,” she said.
Jolie and Pitt were legally divorced in 2019 after announcing split in 2016 but their custody case has yet to be settled.
They are parents to six children including 19-year old Maddox, 17-year old Pax, 16-year old Zahara, 14-year old Shiloh and 12-year old twins Knox and Vivienne.
