The ISPR stated that a terrorist was also killed during a successful operation in Kot Azam area of South Waziristan.


Rawalpindi: The security forces killed three terrorists by conducting operations at different places in the mission to eliminate the enemies, while a soldier of Pakistan Army was martyred in a mine explosion.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the security forces conducted an operation on a tip-off in Kulachi area of Dera Ismail Khan, two terrorists were killed in a fierce exchange of fire.
The ISPR stated that a terrorist was also killed during a successful operation in Kot Azam area of South Waziristan.
ISPR added that arms and ammunition were recovered from the possession of killed terrorists who were involved in attacks on security forces and innocent civilians, and an operation is underway to find the terrorists in the area.
On the other hand, a 26-year-old soldier Shahzeb was martyred in a landmine explosion in North Waziristan's Gharyom area.
ISPR said that the operation is going on to clear the area from terrorists. The security forces are determined to end the menace of terrorism. These sacrifices of our men strengthen our determination.
