According to rescue officials, the family had placed overloading bricks at the roof of the room.


Sargodha: In an unfortunate incident, four women of the same family were killed and a man was seriously injured when the roof of a house collapsed in Saedwana as the roof of the house was over-loaded with the bricks.
According to the details, police and rescue teams reached the accident site after receiving the information about the incident and shifted the dead bodies and the injured to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital.
The police officials stated that the victims have been identified as Meena Fatima, Haram Fatima, Hafza Bibi and Miraj Fatima, while Muhammad Saleem was seriously injured. His condition is said to be critical and shifted to the Intense Care Unite (ICU) of the hospital.
According to rescue officials, the family had placed overloading bricks at the roof of the room, due to which the gadder and TR could not bear the weight and the roof collapsed. The operation is underway to remove the roof debris.
