Islamabad: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar said: “We are focusing on the privatization of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), this is our first priority”.

Addressing an event, Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar stated there will be good news regarding investment in Pakistan next week.

He added that there is a program to train one million nurses in the next 10 years. In the last five to six decades, people went to Europe and settled there, however efforts are underway for the development of human resources.

The Caretaker Prime Minister further said: “There will be good news regarding investment in Pakistan next week, we are bringing investment not only from the region but also from outside the world”.

Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar further stated that investment policy reforms are being made through Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) while various plans have been formulated to reduce government expenditure.

The caretaker premier continued to say, ‘We have to utilize the skills of talented and intelligent people. The media in Pakistan is free and independent, the role of media is important for the promotion of social values, the world is moving the matters forward using social media.

Refereeing to the Israeli aggression, the caretaker prime minister said that the situation in Gaza is very worrisome. He had meetings with various heads of state on the occasion of Belt and Road Initiative Forum (BRI) in China.
