Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi are likely to be produced in the court today in the cypher case.


Islamabad: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan and Vice-Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi are likely to be produced in the court today (Tuesday) in the cypher case.
According to the details, Islamabad Special Court Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain will hear the case as the court has ordered both the accused to appear today from Adiala Jail.
Apart from this, the court has also ordered the trial of the case to proceed from the position before August 29.
Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry, the lawyer of Imran Khan, said that he should be produced in the court today, there is no other option except attendance. If Chairman PTI is not produced in court, it will be contempt of court.
It is pertinent to note that the Islamabad High Court (IHC) accepted Imran Khan's intra-court appeal against the jail trial of the cypher case and declared the trial null and void.
