The court granted the bail of Sanam Javed in exchange of Rs2,00,000 as surety bond after her arrest.
Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore Saturday granted post-arrest bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist Sanam Javed in the case of arson and violence outrside Zaman Park.
According to the details, the case of arson outside Zaman Park was heard in the ATC Lahore against PTI activist Sanam Javed where Judge Arshad Javed pronounced the verdict after the arguments of lawyers.
The court granted the bail of Sanam Javed in exchange of Rs2,00,000 as surety bond after her arrest. A case has been registered against the accused by the Race course police station.
On the other hand, Sanam Javed's contempt petition against IG Punjab has been set for hearing in Lahore High Court (LHC) that Justice Ali Baqir Najafi will hear on December 04.
