A huge dust storm swept Karachi on Tuesday and several pictures and videos of a huge wall of dust engulfing buildings in Sindh’s capital were shared on twitter.

According to details, a heavy dust storm hit Karachi followed by rain in different parts of the city after several days of high temperature.

Earlier on Tuesday, The Meteorological Department had issued an alert about the Cyclone named ‘Tauktae’ saying that it will cause thunderstorms and gusty winds in Karachi.

Dark clouds were observed covering the city just before the storm appeared on the horizon.

 

In one of the many videos being shared online, brown dust can be seen hovering the sky. The viral images and videos of sky following the storm has triggered many reactions online.
