Asad Qaiser was arrested twice after being released in a case and he is in jail on 14-day judicial remand.


Mardan: The Former Speaker National Assembly and leader Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Asad Qaiser has been granted bail in the case of May 9.
According to the details, Mardan District and Sessions Courts Judge Mohammad Zaib assisted in Asad Qaiser's bail petition and granted bail for Rs100,000.
It is pertinent to note that Asad Qaiser was arrested twice after being released in a case and he is in jail on 14-day judicial remand.
Earlier, the Anti-Corruption Court judge Babar Ali Khan granted bail to Asad Qaiser and ordered his release, after which the police arrested him from Swabi and took to Charsadda.
Recently, the Peshawar High Court (PHC) asked the government to respond to the repeated arrest of Asad Qaiser and remarked if it is a joke to arrest in another case after the bail. We will look into the legal rule for it.
