Fauzia Siddiqui's lawyer Clive Stafford Smith said the sisters were not allowed to touch each other.

Islamabad: Dr. Fowzia Siddiqui met her sister Dr. Aafia Siddiqui who was imprisoned in the US jail.
After meeting Aafia Siddiqui, Dr. Fowzia Siddiqui turned to micro-clogging website X and share a video statement in which Siddiqui said that she felt the condition of Aafia Siddiqui worse than before.
She stated that she has no words to describe Aafia's condition.
Dr Fowzia added in her video, ‘I am very sad at the end of the meeting, I have left Aafia Siddiqui in the same condition once again’.

Fowzia Siddiqui's lawyer Clive Stafford Smith said the sisters were not allowed to touch each other.
It is pertinent to note that earlier on Saturday, Dr. Fowzia Siddiqui was outside the US prison to meet her sister, however due to the delay caused by US prison authorities, she could not meet her.
Dr. Fowzia said that after the court order and the approval of the US authorities, she had come to America to meet her sister, however the jail authorities said that the key to the meeting room had been lost.
She added that Dr. Aafia Siddiqui is imprisoned in the high security prison of America, however, an excuse is being made by the prison authorities and it cannot be an excuse that the key to the cell of the high security prison is lost.
