Nawaz says, ‘I did not come back out of any vindictive spirit but reckoning’
The punishment to me and my family is actually punishment to the 250 million people of Pakistan, he added.

Lahore: Leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Nawaz Sharif said: “Neither I made any conspiracy against General Bajwa and General Raheel, nor did I come back with any vengeful spirit but one should be accountable”.
Addressing the eighth meeting of the Parliamentary Board of Muslim League-N, Nawaz Sharif stated that after many years, he is happy to talk to the party officials.
He thanked God for his acquittal from the fake cases that were designed to end his government, adding that the parliamentary leaders and activists were convinced of his innocence.
Nawaz Sharif added: “Everyone has come to know the void of the fake cases. There was no value of the three cases against me. When there was nothing in Panama, they came up with Iqama”.
The elected prime minister was disqualified for not taking salary from his son. The delivered verdict became a joke in the world, he stated.
Leader of PML-N continued to say that when he was sentenced, he left his wife in ICU and came to Pakistan. Is there any reparation for the pain that was given to us? In my absence, the NAB court pronounced the verdict. These wounds will never heal. The punishment to me and my family is actually punishment to the 250 million people of Pakistan. I did not come back out of any vindictive spirit but reckoning.
