She stated that after hearing about submission of nomination papers, 20 people were sent to her house and she was assaulted.
Usman Dar's mother added that the attackers broke the main door of the house and tore her shirt.
She further said: “I will definitely go to submit the nomination papers for the election, no one can force me to obey”.

Refutation of Khawaja Asif
On the other hand, PML-N leader Khawaja Asif reacted to Usman Dar's mother's statement and said that he has nothing to do with such revenge politics.
He stated: “I have always respected my political opponents and their family, my wife has faced three dozen court appearances”.
Khawaja Asif said that false cases were made against his son who has nothing to do with politics.
The former federal minister continued to say that these political opponents petitioned against him in the Musharraf and PTI governments.
Khawaja Asif also said: “I spent six months in prison in both periods, but nothing could be proved. My politics is based on commitment, principles and loyalty to the people”.
