Fog affects flight operations in Sindh, Punjab
More than 24 flights have been canceled while dozens have been delayed.
Lahore: The flight operations have been affected due to fog in many cities of Sindh and Punjab.
Many areas of Sindh and Punjab are engulfed in heavy fog where flight operations in various cities have been disrupted due to the fog. More than 24 flights have been canceled while dozens have been delayed.
Meanwhile, due to fog, M2-Motorway has been closed from Thokar Niaz Baig to Bilkser, Motorway-M3 is closed from Faizpur to Saharani, Motorway M4 from Pindi Bhatian to Faisalabad and M5 from Sher Shah to Uch Sharif while Motorway-M11 for all traffic has been closed.
Apart from this, the air quality in Lahore is also worst and has been recorded as the number one among the most polluted cities in the world today.
