Islamabad: Former Federal Minister for Human Rights Shireen Mazari's daughter, human rights activist and lawyer Imaan Mazari got married.

The outspoken lawyer turned to social networking site X and announced her marriage by sharing a picture of her Nikkah ceremony.

Imaan Mazari, who raised her voice for human rights, chose Abdul Hadi, a lawyer associated with the same profession, as her spouse. Her husband also re-shared his wife's post on social media.

The groom Abdul Hadi and human rights activist wrote on X that he has gotten married to the love of his life.

Along with this, he described their relationship as unbreakable and lifelong companionship and added a heart emoji along with it.

Imaan Mazari and her husband chose white color for this special wedding occasion. The bride wore a white embroidered georgette saree and white flowers on both wrists while the groom wore a waistcoat and a turban with shalwar kameez.

Who is groom Abdul Hadi?

Abdul Hadi, like Imaan Mazari, is a human rights lawyer by profession, while according to details on his social media account, Hadi is the founder and executive director of Fair Trial Defenders, an organization's legal aid cell.

The organization provides free legal aid to victims of human rights violations, especially those facing false or fabricated cases.

He graduated from Newcastle Law School with a law degree.
