Ali Zaidi, Haleem Adil indicted in Hassaan Niazi escape case
During the hearing, the police investigation officer told the court that both politicians are accused of making Hassaan Niazi escape from the city court.
Karachi: A local court in Karachi Tuesday indicted Ali Zaidi and Haleem Adil Sheikh in the case of Hassaan Niazi's escape.
According to the details, the Judicial Magistrate South Karachi heard the case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-INsaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s nephew Hassaan Niazi's escape from the City Court, in which the police produced Haleem Adil in the court while Ali Zaidi also appeared before the court.
During the hearing, the police investigation officer told the court that both politicians are accused of making Hassaan Niazi escape from the city court and the case against them is registered in the police station city court.
The court indicted Ali Zaidi and Haleem Adil Sheikh, but both accused denied the crime, on which the court called the witnesses of the case at the next hearing and adjourned the further hearing of the case till January 6.
