Asif Ali Zardari presents the name of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari before the CEC members who unanimously approved his name.

Lahore: The Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Central Executive Committee (CEC) on Wednesday officially approved the name of party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari as candidate for the prime minister office in the upcoming elections.
PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari presented the name of his son Bilawal before the members of the Central Executive Committee during a meeting at Bilawal House in Lahore. The senior party leaders were in attendance.

The CEC members expressed unwavering confidence in the leadership abilities of both President Asif Ali Zardari and Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
The noteworthy gathering, which saw the active participation of all members of the PPP Central Executive Committee, was dedicated to critical deliberations concerning the party's electoral strategies, manifesto, and the current political landscape in the country.
