The latest reports say that the JUI-F chief will discuss regional and security matters amid an escalation in cross-border attacks.
Kabul: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Sunday arrived in Kabul, Afghanistan, on invitation of the incumbent Taliban government.
The latest reports said that the JUI-F chief would discuss regional and security matters amid an escalation in cross-border attacks.
Interim Afghan Foreign Minister Ameer Khan warmly welcomed the JUI-F chief on his first visit to Afghanistan in nearly a decade.

Maulana Salahuddin, Maulana Jamaluddin, Maulana Salimuddin Shamzai, Aslam Ghauri, and others, departed for Afghanistan.
During his visit, Fazlur Rehman planned to hold meetings with Afghan Taliban leaders to address regional and security concerns.
The Taliban government and the Afghan envoy in Islamabad officially invited Maulana Fazlur Rehman to visit Afghanistan.
